CAB welcomes Christopher J. Cripps, DVM, who will speak about the autumn and winter beekeeping tasks critical for maintaining healthy honeybee hives. Dr. Cripps has been a co-owner of Betterbee since 2012. He's originally from New Hampshire and attended Cornell University before going to The Ohio State University for veterinary school.
Also, at CAB's September meeting, the Nominating Committee is appointed and begins to seek candidates for next year's officers. Members are welcome to nominate themselves or other (consenting!) Members for an office.
